How to carve a crank in a spoon. This video is all about carving a crank in a spoon. Up your spoon carving game and learn how to carve a spoon with crank. Spoon carving is an art form, straight spoons are nice but learning how to carve a spoon crank will massively up your spoon carving game.

That's a beautiful piece of wood mate, I'm constantly on the lookout for something more exotic than the Sycamore and Silver Birch I'm using at the moment. Thanks for sharing your approach to achieving that crank, it's always been a mental block of mine so this was very timely for me! Cheers.

How come you split back up the handle instead of axing down? It seems strange that you'd go to the effort of putting all that crank in and then remove most of it!
