Nice video! I just got the bg 2000. What power and length rod are you using, and do you think it would it be a good pairing with a medium-light 6ft rod?

I use Daiwa BG 2000 on Savage George Black Savage 2-8g and I have Daiwa BG on Fox Rage 2 - 12g. Both rods are 6ft long and medium light and light. I personally think that you don't need fast action rod for perch, because it's very easy to hook them and as long as you keep the tension on line while reeling in, there's no chance to lose them. 😀
