I bring extra underwear an socks in a waterproof bag. I only have a 6' cast net I usalley just step on a dead fish an use it as chum. will my method work at this spot?

lol that’s a good idea and yes your method will work at this spot but usually only pinfish will come up to the dead fish. If you’re looking for greenbacks I recommend throwing dry chum for them like purina or bait buffet chum.

I am looking to learn how to net bait here in the Tampa area. I used to net bunker/menhaden up north an have not been able to get any baits with the net yet. Part might be I have been doing it by myself. . Throwing chum and the net isn’t easy. 2. I don’t think the areas I have been going are loaded enough. 3. My nets holes may be a little to big. So if one weekend I can tail you guys and you teach me. Be much appreciated !!!!

How deep was that water and how long did you chum for until you saw the flashes?

The water was around 20 feet deep and within about 5 minutes we started to see them flashing!

Purine fish chow same shit 40 pound bag about $40 just go to Walmart and buy some one gallon containers and split the bag with a friend. Don’t get fooled into buying expensive store bought chum a can of cat food mixed in and some menhaden oil to spice it up.

Nobody is trying to fool anyone into buying anything this is a very reasonably priced product, less than $10, conveniently packaged from a company that is owned and operated solely by a 14 year old kid which is why I support it. It is good for 2-3 uses which is usually all that a recreational fisherman is looking for so that it doesn’t go bad before they can use it. The kid who owns this business makes next to zero profit off of this product his parents go above and beyond to help him with deliveries and he works on this project daily after school until the sun goes down to try to learn how to run a business. I have never in anything that I’ve done or promoted tried to “fool” anyone watching my show if you have a problem with me personally take it out on me not a company that you know absolutely nothing about.
