Take a trip with Brooks. It's well worth your time and money. Had to revisit this video for a refresher.

I really appreciate the continent in your videos. It's not often you have someone explain techniques in great detail along with video that also competes in tournaments. I especially enjoyed this one and the swimbait video. I think technique spicific explanations especially on spotted bass lakes will grow your channel quickly. Spots are like teenagers. They are never where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be, acting like they are supposed to be. But they are funstrating to fish for!

Hi Brooks, terrific vid. I started using the cover shot hooks in open water a few months ago. I haven’t tried the suspend strips but great idea to get them down. God bless!

Thanks for watching! I hope to hear back with the use of the suspend strips.

Great video Brooks! Keep up the good work! One rig you might want to try with a fluke as well is the jig and fluke. White fluke dip the tail chartreuse and rig on a 3/16 ounce Zman trout eye jig head. Deadly on the super clear water of Lake Keowee and has worked real good on Lake Hartwell as well. I think this might be awesome on your live scope when they are hanging in deep brush.

I appreciate the tip, I will give that one a try for sure!

Good info. The only way I fish a fluke is a double fluke, 2 hooks on a single braid line about 18 inches apart. You can cast it farther, get twice the commotion, and sometimes catch 2 fish at once.

That can definitely be a great option! I have done very well with the double fluke before.

Well done. Love the disco green flukes! Have you tried throwing a fluke on a Hoover rig when the fish won’t come up off the brush. It’s working pretty well to get a few extra bites on tough days. 👊

I have not tried the hover rig, I have a few similar rigs that I’m not ready to put out there quite yet!😂 Appreciate the support as always and great Hammond’s recap video!👍

Are you rigging these weedless or exposed hook.
@brooksandersonfishing Жыл бұрын
I use the exposed hook on the cover shot and rig the hook through the bait, on the worm hook I rig it weedless!
