U catch the lampans there with single hook with bread or hot dog. You can use sabiki rig at well to catch the lampan. Don't need to cast far out, just drop near the water structures, there are many of them there

They do sell Lampan if you have trouble catching them. Small Lamapn 2SGD Big Lampan (about 6inch) 4-6SGD.
