I throw 15lb all day everyday and I have no issues now i do have some reels sitting on stand bye with 20lb when I go to lake fork or Sam Rayburn keep your drag set and all should be in your favor?

Hey Scott I just this past weekend fished the bass federation champinship here in west virginia on Summerville lake . Now the fishing was very tough . But my question is . If you caught a keeper smallmouth they would spit up crawdads in your live wells BUT you could only catch them on shad shaped baits .. how in the world do you decide which water column to focus on when this is happening???
