I’m sorry Scott I’m not gonna take your side on this one. I know you and your father personally I’ve been at your marina. I stayed at in Marina. I know your mother, your father. You’re running too fast in those little throughways. What do you expect people to do the people that live there full-time biggest sick of knuckleheads FaceTime Hearby knucklehead yeah you got a towel on your side but you’re still a little B!?$h. Yeah, you got the law on your side because you were bass masters, and all the media. You’re nothing but a punk move. Totally.

Imagine how many times fishermen over the history of professional bass fishing have made the same mistake and never knew because they were not recording or didn’t have the ability to record. Wonder if there are any champions out there that just made an honest mistake and never knew it. 😅 Food for thought

Been in NC my whole life. Cackalack is just a slang word that really doesn’t have a meaning but it sounds good to us 😂 best most honest answer I can give you

Its cool you self reported and are stand up. But....i think Bass should only restrict areas and wake zones by the lake rules/laws. Never add to them. Ive noticed they add extra rules to whats already many many rules and laws on lakes. It makes it way more difficult to remember everything and follow everything everytime.

Mistakes happen. What separates the men from the boys is the ability to admit ones mistakes, take responsibility, and move on. Well done, Scott! Best of luck for the rest of the season! Will be pulling for you!

Grew up idolizing Roland Martin and as an old guy now I really enjoy watching Scott do his thing. Great job keeping the family name as bass fishing royalty Scott.

I have watched a few of your videos but I haven't subscribed to the channel until today! I appreciate your honesty and integrity especially since we live in such a dog eat dog world where people have seemed to have lost some values, morals and ethics. Thank you for owning up when you messed up. God Bless

It’s both ways for me but at the end of the day it’s just another new tool. I suck at targeting specific fish but that’s part of the learning curve. I’ve been most successful using it to scan for cover and like you said watching fish behavior. Scanning back and forth for structure gets me the most accurate cast, “older” techniques catch the fish. If I do catch something specifically targeting a small school with or without bait near by strolling a swim bait it’s awesome but I hate that I only get one day a week to utilize what I’ve learned 🤣

My apologies to you Scott I finally found the Okeechobee tournament that you won nice job making records in Okeechobee😅 have you ever fished a place called The Stick Marsh it used to be a fishing laboratory you might say buy Florida game and then they open it to the public you can catch 10 to 18 lb bass in there the live wild shiners it's a blast

I'm watching a lot of bass anglers videos, and there is a lot of controversy over rules. What the heck does the Marshal in the boat do other than hold the scale. He doesn't look at the fish to make sure it's hooked properly? Should you be able to ask the marshall if a certain area is able to be fished or not? Seems to me a lot of issues could be resolved if the marshal on the boat had more knowledge and more power.

Matt, the temptation to go hunt a bird is much greater than to shoot the AR in the yard. It's not about the noise, it's about trying to help you make it to Sunday service. You need all the Jesus you can get hanging around that bunch! 😂

Bill Taylor was an ass! I’m fishing as a co-angler at an Everstart and he fined me $50 for being late. I’m handicapped and all of the parking spaces were filled, with some non handicap parked in spaces. Had to find a space a mile away and walk…Bill said to bad you’re late!

Did the right thing self reporting. Do most of the locks read “no fishing in the lock” or something to that affect? Fished Harris a couple times. Believe a few other anglers could learn from how you’ve handled this and do the same.
