Welcome to North Dakota Tom, be careful on the west end. My boat dealer told me about a guy that ruined his lower unit this year when his boat motor hit a windmill submerged under water.

Tom thanks for the REAL fishing video. I enjoy watching you work your process even if you "struggle" to find quality fish. Quality teaching!

Hey Tom really enjoy your channel it's so cool to watch youngsters like yourself help others with the latest technology and how to use it to find the fish. 45 years ago I was fishing deep water humps and deep water structure catching masses of giant lunkers of all species when no one knew virtually anything about offshore fishing. Thanks to Buck Perry I had all these untouched lunkers to myself for so long wow those were the days! now everyone knows how to fish deep water and deep water structure really enjoy your channel you're a fine fisherman. Good fishing always sincerely Record 🎣

Was there a few years ago on my way out west and was catching them from the shore on the causeway to the park. Just used a jig and white curly tail grub. Great time...

What’s the weather for you to be wearing that gear? Btw I’d be interested in a video about the gear you wear in different conditions. Especially the late fall, early spring nasty wet and cold.

My favorite lake. Try flooded roads or any of the old lake shoreline in 20ish feet should be good with spinners. Good luck!

You should go fish Lake Petenwell. The slot has done wonders, there are lots of big fish to be caught and a lot closer. Plus the slot protects the system.

New video idea: seeing you fish some vintage lures or techniques (Erie Dearie, etc) would be a fun, entertaining one.

I'm enjoying this video but I am a little confused? I'm from North Dakota and for the last month it's been around 100° every day!!! so I'm wondering why you're wearing all that warm gear, almost like late fall clothes?!!?? It says this was published August 28th 2021? Also, did you catch any of those huge jumbo perch that devil's lake is so famous for??
