How to change a broken Tailgut of a Doublebass and bring it in Tune.

This is my Way, maybe you can do something more for safety of the top and lay some towels on it to avoid scratches at the Top from the Stringholder. But in my case, the bridge has damaged the paint of the Top alrady.
