I'm wondering on the other side of the qc15, see if I'm playing on a e-drums and I'm assuming because its too loud? but the qc15 suddenly makes this muffling like sound, I wonder what happened with the qc15 with that kind of situation? Is there any way to get rid of that sound? so that when i play my e-drum, it handles any sound to the loudest

Absolutely hopeless…it just won’t fit under the teeny hooks which are almost invisible. Horrible design.I think we’ll have to glue them on

There must be something wrong with the cushion you got if it does not fit under the hooks. If you got them from us, contact me at [e-mail] and we will figure it out. If you got them from someone else you might want to contact them. There isn't any reason this wont work besides the cushions being too big

You might have fixed, but for others having trouble, get a small screwdriver, but turn the screwdriver vertical and use the edge of the screwdriver (edge should be in vertical position (front to back, NOT left to right) to push it down.
