After placing the new bearing, clean with wd40 not break cleaner - it will wash away the grease fron inside! And add grease all around, preferably moly grease to insulate it from water.

Why is there no information on the tightening torque of the nut on the CV joint????? The most important thing for the durability of the work, when the others are mentioned.

Thank you for your comment. We are constantly working on improving our videos. Drive shaft nut tightening torque is 230 Nm.

Copper grease between the hub face and disc is *B E G G I N G* for brake run-out, not to mention the fact the hub face hasn't been cleaned there.

Do you have to get A wheel alignment after doing this job
@AlexYeets3 жыл бұрын
@@juanangellozada4084 Not necessarily - Depends on if you've touched anything adjustable. In this case, no. However, it is advisable to get a wheel alignment due to the fact suspension components have been played with, and a new wheel bearing may sit ever so slightly differently than an old one. If it were any of my cars, I wouldn't bother personally, because it should not make any real difference.

It seems here is a lot of work to do, especially when you do it for the first time.
