Little bit of water to get them off. Paper towels and preferably a hair dryer to get them dry and hair spray to put them back cause it acts as a lubricant while its wet but its sticky when it dries, only a light coat is needed. Time required about four minutes and nowhere near as much effort as this.

I use rubbing alcohol, it works well and it dries so they don't slip. Just pour some inside the grips and they will slide on easily.

Use an air compressor with a blower attachment, stick it under the grip then slide it off once you trigger the air under it.

I use permanent spray glue ;) Works the best and when you change grips you can just wash the glue off the bars.

Heat the plastic with a lighter to soften the plastic and then use a cork screw to twist and pull out and walah

I figured out a better way of taking them off: Take 4 pencils and wiggle 2 of them under the grip on each side so you have like a hole going underneath the grip. Put one zip tie through that hole. Then take out 2 pencils that are on the left side of the zip tie and insert them to the right side of the pencils that were on the right side of the zip tie. Then insert another zip tie there. Repeat that until you have 4 or 5 zip ties and your grip should slide off no problem :)

okay iv been changing grips for 7 years now an here is a little tip that might help a lot of you spray some Windex in your grip an rub it on your bar then put it on goes on easy an sticks in a hour or two not even works really good :)
