How did you get on, I was thinking you could take the indicator apart and install it inside the headlight indicator somehow. Just faied my car test here in irelad with a clipped left inficator. Mirrr unit works fine in terms of movement. If i order those indicators, they contain the actual bulb? Sorry for silly question but i need to be sure.

I had to do it the mirror out way tbh,just wasn’t the give on them to do it they way you did,only thing with mine is there not totally flush,a tiny gap,hopefully the water will just run through the gap underneath would you say?

The electrics are IP rated for water ingress, you'll be fine!

My indicator is cracked and water managed to get in. I replaced it with another indicator but its still not working. I'm not sure if it's now the connector that may have gotten water inside of it. Any ideas guys on how to fix? Thanks

@@90nadz try cleaning the plug, or see if you can use the indicator on other side to test? If not you can test with a multimeter

They're great but they don't come with a seal which means water gets in. I could see that one coming so made a seal for it.

Not sure which country you're in but in the UK we have an annual roadworthy test, indicators are part of that criteria and my car passed no issues
