+Joseph Mecca The cog may have stuck to the hub body. Mine did. It was about 2 mm eaten into the spline of the hub.

@@bjornreich2728 Use some WD-40 on the mating site of the spline and cogs. Gently tap it with a small hammer or wrench. This might make the metal lose. You can also hold on to other cogs while taping(in opposite direction from the force of the chain) the cog that is the outer one.

Wd40 actually dissolves grease. It's going to screw up your hub

does the inner bearing in the freehub body have the same bearing number as to the outside bearing on the freehub body?

No, the freehub outside bearing (1 off) is a 61902 2RS, and the inboard freehub bearings (2 off) are 61802 2RS. You can find the parts number in the exploded diagram here - www.hopetech.com/_repository/1/documents/PROIIREARassy.pdf If you have trouble finding these bearings, you could instead use 6902 2RS (1 off), and 6802 2RS (2 off).
