I have android Samsung phone,In fact I took the help IT man,got language option changed to English,showing in English is clicked,but still language change is not incorporated.

I changed the language to English back then but recently de- and reinstalled the App. Now it's in the system language (German) and I can't switch it back manually anymore. Why did Apple remove that???
