How to change oil and oil filter on c-class Mercedes (W203)

It's even easier to change the oil filter if you open the bonnet fully. There's a red button on the strut. Push it in and push the bonnet towards vertical. It will click in place when you've done it. It takes about 2 seconds from start to finish.

What can you do if you have put a bit To much oil I only realised when I got a notification reduce oil and it comes on every now and then so I've been driving very very slow

Hello I have a question for my 2001 C180 W203 how much oil goes in engine on some sites it sasy 7 liter and 0.5 for fillter but i think that is to much.

Why did you use bmw oil?

its cheaper and its spec is 5W30 which is same spec for the c-class in my climate. (also i repair BMs and have a lot of the oil...) If you can get Mobil 1 0WX then that would be best.
