Bought a similar tractor, was told at purchase the seller would do first oil change. Called them up, they said no, not only no, but in no way would they ever entertain that. Thank you, Husqvarna dealer, for sending me to any other seller. I am now changing my own oil , just to maintain a warranty that I now know the dealer will not honor either.

i’m a retired mech. there’s a nice trim tool that’s made to remove panel clips. your chisel works too.i also check for oil leaks after any oil change. great video. you covered everything nicely.

I just bought a Husky from a private party no book no nothing, I will B printing it off of the inner tube. The main reason 4 watching was2 see the trick on getting to the oil drain piece. Not always practical or necessary for some, but blowing the debris off and a quick wipe down after each use works wonders long term.

Excellent video! Very instructive! Using the carboard to catch oil so it does not run all across the frame is great! I used aluminum foil for the first time yesterday and that worked very well. I find the foil is easier to custom bend around the engine!

Great video. I liked how you explained in detail step by step for this especially the warming up part. A lot of people do not know this. These days there is no one to teach them as they HAVE to rely on people such as yourself on these KZbin videos. Along with leaning the mower to one side then the other. Tip: Ideally, park the mower leaning toward the drain plug side to evacuate most of the oil. Elevate opposite side with bricks, 2x4's, or whatever is at hand.

Thanks for the video. Here is a little tip. The YTH20k46...and possibly some of the others use an oil filter that is interchangeable with a 6Cyl 2000 Mustang. In Walmart Supertech terms...that is the ST3600. I would recommend filling the filter before screwing the new one back on.

Just fold a small piece of cardboard and slide it under the drain spot if you do not have a tube. Hope this helps, thanks for watching

Just stick the hose directly to PET bottle and you will get rid of cleaning the drip pan and save some time too.
