Man, I really appreciate this video. It really helped me to feel more comfortable about doing mine. Two items; purchased my orifice conversion kit on Amazon for 17 dollars. Another video used blue painters tape to keep orifices from falling back down into stove and I will remember your alternative method with parchment paper. After I removed the burner hold down screws and the knobs I was able to lift the tray off easily. The jets were easily accessible. Hope this helps. Thanks for making the video.

Quick question, how did you go about removing those broken torx screws? Did you have to drill a pilot hole and use an "easeout" ? In spite of applying penetrating oil and letting it sit 24 hours, the same thing has happened to me on my old cooktop.
