mine came as a propane.. how do I switch to natural gas?

From the factory they come as Natural Gas, not Propane. To switch back you need to convert backwards - flip the oriface valve on the burner regulator on the back, and also swap all orifaces on the burners back. Usually the orifaces should be taped on the rear somewhere.

Instructions with my $10000 range state it comes with the LP conversion kit included, as does this video and Google searches that found that same claim on the GE site, but no such conversion kit found on my range model ZDP366NTSS. What gives? GE can't write decent instructions and update their manuals and video guides? And why can't you simply provide a PDF instruction manual for this conversion online as well?

Page 13 of the Installation Instructions (spklr.io/6054I7iC) provide a detailed diagram of where to locate the needed information and kit for the LP conversion. Please double-check this area, and let us know if you're still unable to locate this information, so we can further investigate.

@@MonogramAppliances Its not there - trust me. It specifically says right there on page 13: "Location varies by model". Mine has two panels, one on the left for the electronic boards, and one small one on the right for the main burner oriface valve. I've taken both panels off the back and looked around carefully. Also, the main stovetop oriface accessible from the back that you are supposed to just flip over so you can see the "LP" inscription doesn't seem to fit flipped over as that little pin on each side prevents it from being screwed back in when flipped. Is there a direct way for me to contact you?

@@MonogramAppliances No parts found on the back as described. - I checked everywhere. On that page 13 it shows a different range model and also says "NOTE: Location varies by model.". On mine there are 2 panels on the back - one for the electronics on the left and another smaller one on the right for the stovetop gas valve where you would change the oriface for that. Even that is weird...instructions say to flip it over and reinstall, but in an attempt to do so it has 2 little protrusions that only seems to allow it to be installed for natural gas - when I turn it over and it shows "LP" it seems like it doesn't allow it to be screwed back in. I removed both panels and looked inside everywhere I could - no gas conversion kit parts attached anywhere. Do you have a contact number I can use to speak with someone there who knows more about this? When I called the support number for the location of the kit they told me I had to purchase it separately, so I did and spent $60. I would like to speak with someone technically who knows for sure if this kit is hidden somewhere on my range as various instructions, you, and your website claim.
