Factory caliper carrier bolt is Part #: 34-20-3-414-763-M9. Isn't this a stretch bolt that should be replaced?

I had a problem got a E82 but the rear disk that was delivered was E88 and told it’s the same But it’s not the disk fits yes but the caliper bracket don’t
