Excellent advice and the example from the campaign was great to hear. However, my view is that this video doesn’t actually address how to change someone’s mind. It shows how to have an adult-to-adult conversation centered around respecting the party whose opinion you want to try and influence or adjust. Can you possibly do a follow-up on this one to show the next steps needed to achieve the goal?
