How do you change out just the clear cover over the tail light?

Not sure if it’s possible , proble only if you hear it up and remove it from factory caulking or so.

Mine did not come with light bulbs? How do you get plastic off and replace

On the back where the bulb is connected you should be able to twist and take the bulb out by pulling the bulb out and install a new one . Hope that answers the question.

it looks good , im sure the oem is always best to go with.
