It would also be a good idea to replace those 16 year old rubber brake hoses with new stainless steel hoses. They are not expensive and they provide great a pedal feel. A brake fluid flush with a good quality DOT 5.1 brake fluid is also a good idea if you are going to do track days with your car. It has a higher boiling point than DOT 3 and handles higher temperatures better. It is also is good for the street.

Rick, so right, this is how do do it the hard way, crack open the bolts before removing the caliper, stainless hoses, new fluid, and strip and clean the master cylinder a must when doing this job.
