How to Change the COLOR of HYPERLINK in Outlook?

Any idea how to do this in the new Outlook? The only things listed in the style box are Heading 1-3, Quote, and Normal. Even making a whole new hyperlink inside of the new Outlook will often cause it to be the "followed hyperlink purple" Not sure why things like this are often as difficult as they are in Microsoft's products.

I need to change the default color of the hyperlink though. It's an odd color by default and every time I set it to change the default, it reverts back to an odd teal color. Anyway to change the default color for all emails?

Right. How to change it with each email is a no brainer. How do you do it globally???
