How to Change the HVAC Fan Blower Motor Resistor on 2005 - 2015 Toyota Tacoma (2nd Gen)

This is a short tutorial on how to change out the Fan Motor Resistor on a Toyota Tacoma years 2005 - 2015 (2nd Gen Tacomas) I've heard this is a common problem that happens to Tacomas. Good thing its easy to fix.

I got the same problem and I got to put a plug on my and the color of the wire is solid Gary on the new one .and the factory one is different colors . Dose that matter and how would you wire it . Please help
