How to change the keyboard setting in Windows 10 Ease of Access

In this series of instructional videos, we take a look at the Windows 10 Ease of Access environment. These videos are aimed at beginners. The channel was set-up in response to having to close because of the COVID-19 Lockdown. The object of these videos is to provide additional support to our service users, though everyone is welcome. We are a lottery-funded project working with residents in Clacton, Walton, Harwich and Jaywick.

I have problem with the keyboard because ctrl is automatically selected when I press any key.

Hello Kamal Kumar It could be a filter key problem. Turn off filter keys in Ease of Access Go to start then either click settings, Choose Keyboard then see if filter keys is off. If that doesn't work try running the keyboard troubleshooter Go to Windows Start and type troubleshoot then click on troubleshoot and scroll down then click Keyboard Now run the trouble shooter.

@@clactonitclub I tried all of these things but nothing works... When I start the laptop, it work perfect but few seconds later it again happen... Esc key work as window key...

​@@kamalkorri Sorry to hear that it's still a problem, I'm not a computer technician but I do try to share what I know, so here are two more options to try. Personally I haven't come across this problem before, but It doesn't sound like a sticky key problem, it could be a keyboard mapping issue. Do you have a keyboard layout out button in the notification area of the taskbar, if so then you may have accidentally installed more than one keyboard layout. If so you can switch between them. Failing that it may be a driver issue, have a look at this link to PCMag article.
