First of all a great hand helping video keeping people from rip off garages but don’t forget when you put new filter fill it up with fresh oil before screw it back on ... don’t put it empty back on car, as you crank the engine no oil left in the system as all sank in the bottom of engine so living little oil in filter will allow some oil straight to system not crank over dry for few seconds ...!! It’s way recommend by engineers.!!

This is incorrect. The opposite is recommended universally by experts. Do not pre-fill your engine oil filters in any modern-ish car. There is a (tiny) possibility of introducing contaminants directly into your engine, since you are pre-filling the clean/output side of the filter. So whatever is in that pre-fill, including dust and debris that might get caught along, will circulate through your engine until it gets filtered. If you put new oil back in to the engine, there is no significant difference than before you drained it. The oil does not take a few seconds to recirculate. And you are not even close to draining your engine dry. There is still lots of oil left everywhere.

Same info that I give you now applies to any vehicle with a dip stick, never trust info on how much to put it, use the dip stick to read the correct level, this way you can't go wrong. Pour in 2.5 - 3 litres and then start to check the dipstick after every small amount topped up after that. Once you get to the max level stop, start the car for 30 seconds turn off & re dip. top up as needed to max line & it is all done. I hope this helps.

This engine diesel Mazda takes approx 5.5 litres, but never just fill in the full amount, always use the dipstick when one is available, fill up to the max line and start the engine, run for 30 seconds, turn off, re dip and top up to max line. I hope this helps.

No, only a few VWs and Mercedes. Smallest Diesel you can get here otherwise is a 6.0 liter in a 3/4 ton pick up.You guys have ALL the good cars. You would not believe how poor the performance and fuel mileage here is compared to the cars you get. I drove a 2011 mazda 6 with the gas engine in Saudi that was built to Europe standards - 22 MPG at 100 MPH and the gas not even 2/3s pushed down. I own an American Mazda 6 2011 with the same engine. 22 MPG at 60 MPG and feels like half the power of the one I drove there. I would love to try putting the computer from one over there in mine - if it would fit.

Wow would have never thought that, I spent 4 years working in a workshop in OZ and while the diesel vehicles were rare it was only because the customers were not buying them, but they were available in the dealerships. Holden Commodores & Ford Falcons were the common drivers. Interesting to see & hear of the different vehicles in the different markets. Our family car is a BMW 320D and we get over 700 miles to each tank fill, we got over 800 miles one time on the motorway at the perfect rpm when testing what it could do.
