How to change the oil on a Honda CBR 250r @mthemekanic

Hey Mike, I just finished this job. Should i check the oil when bike is running and stiiting? if so as long as it doesnt go over 2nd line im good Correct?

Engine oil level is checked when engine switched OFF. See page 53 , Honda CBR250R Owner's Manual.
