@@nateboyce1 I retired from a Cat dealer, we were Taught by Cat to never fill a oil filter To eliminate foreign partials. We were highly doing oil sampling At each service interval. You can prefilled if you want. LOL.

Which Oil would you recommend for a very hot place. Average temp 92 Fahrenheit

I would go with a full synthetic 10w-30 or 15w-30 Oil designed for diesels. All I can find in my area is 5w-30 so that's what I usually run. But 17 qts of synthetic oil is expensive so most my neighbors use a conventional diesel motor oil in these older tractors and have never had a issue. Synthetic blend might be a good compromise.

I've used Delo 15w40 in SE Texas
