I was wondering… Do I need to apply a fresh application of blue locktite to the screws? And Is there a specific torque needed for the wheel screws and the arm bolts?

I need to reattached the rear mudguard on my Dualtron Achilleus but the wheel seems to be larger than the Victor and blocks the mudguard screws. Any suggestions on how to remove them? I don't think the ratchet strap trick will create enough space.

how many seconds do you use the heat gun per screw?

30 to 60 seconds should to the trick, increase as necessary. it will take some time to heat the screw and then have the heat transfer to the locktite. if you have a soldering iron that will do the trick really quick!

1800 Watts heat gun, 10 seconds each end, repeat until soft enough to come out

Insead of heating screws, just use the gun with hammer mode, same like for the cars but builders mode I would said, it tooks me 60 secounds to screw them out

With that attitude it’s no wonder! Grow up and take your lumps like a man. That childishness is likely why they took it! I suppose you were gently covered uiding in a sage and responsible manner like ke a perfect little angel? Or perhaps more the opposite? Cops don’t get out of bed with the purpose of picking on anyone in particular. If you got your scooter taken, there was likely a reason. As for you wanting to “hurt children”… I think a public statement like that may get their attention with you as a possible TERRORIST!
