perfect video; in my case, only one of my straps has metal tubes that the bars run through, so those needed to to removed from one strap and inserted into the other. maybe you can address those on a future video!

Thank you for this, excellent video. Crazy that Panerai don't include these details in the box or easily accessible on their website. I didn't even know the black tool came apart, so I fell at the first hurdle. I swapped my strap for the rubber one that came with it, this already has the tubes from the leather one fixed in, so I didn't need them. The black tool is HOLLOW, so I put the two loose tubes in there to keep them safe. Thank you again!

I use a wiha 1.3mm ceramic screwdriver for all of my strap and buckle changes on my PAMs. The ceramic tip will not mar the titanium cases or screwbar head should the screwdriver slip.

Ok I will answer my own question. Having done a little research I found it guess where? yep! on the Panerai website itself. Along with many, many other straps. Happy days.
