The best way to set up a kranzle without overloading the motor & risking damage is, 1, make sure the nozzle you use is the correct size as per on the machines label 2, note the motor rating in Amps, as on the machines label 3, use an ammeter to set the loading up whilst running under load. This way you get maximum pressure without overloading the motor. Setting up using a pressure gauge is not as accurate. If you want less pressure when cleaning simply move the end of the lance away from whatever you are cleaning. If you want more pressuremove the end of the lance closer. Hope this helps.

Fabulous video... I wanted to find out with you if it was suitable to fit... Because it’s a 130Bar and that is a lot of pressure and it is not recommended to use on the car with PPF... so I want to bring the pressure down between 110Bar to 120Bar as it is more reasonable for cars. I don’t see the need to go more then 130Bar because it far more then enough to when I was using it to clean the patio. K1050P is a beautiful compact size and really powerful. I'm just starting to use my K2160TST. I managed to block the nozzle of a drain cleaner with some grit in a mates hose pipe, can you recommend a filter for it? A video on how to use the chemical feed for the K2160TST would be helpful.

Hi Malcolm, can’t decide what machine would be best for me, the K1050TST or the 1152TST, I would be using it at home for cleaning the car and cleaning patios, decking and conservatory roof. Which machine would you recommend please? Karl.

If you have the budget then the 1152tst is the better choice It’s a more commercial machine and the internal components are more robust. The 1050tst is still the best home and garden machine on the market so either choice is good

Hello there! Really like this hack video. BTW, some models come in TS and TST versions like the k2160. Is it possible to convert a TST into a TS so an aftermarket pressure hose can be directly connected to the unit (like a TS)? What do you need to change or add?Thanks again!

Hi Great question, yes there is a kit to retrofit a hose reel from a TS version machine on wheels to the TST version, its simple and comes with all the nuts & screws needed

I used the original lance with the nozzle m2003, you just need a pressure gauge to set the pressure to it correct working pressure of 130 bar

Hi, is it easy enough to fit a pressure gauge onto a 1050 tst? It looks as if it would fit exactly the same as a 1152?

The nuts on the top are different so that won’t work you would have to mount it a different way

Malcolm have you heard of many of these blowing fuses at the plug. Happens with mine fairly regularly. I've heard of others with the same problem

I have had reports of some 1050 range machines blowing fuses, usually its because customers are using extension cables or they are leaving pressure in the pump when turning the machine on, the 1050 range have a low toque motor and is always best to start the machine with holding the trigger open at the same same

I wouldn’t push the manufacturing boundaries if I was you. Kranzle is an exceptional quality... just don’t push it. I have checked the specification and it’s a maximum 135bar so if you want to go this high that is at your own risk, but don’t go over it.

Ive seen pictures on 1050 p that dosent have the spring and that have the high pressure hose connector on the side rather than on the front as in the video. Is there a difference between those machines even that both are named 1050 p?

Yes the original version of the 1050 range had an integrated unloader, version two does have the spring The pumps on both machine are different

Try to plug the unit by itself and not plugged in with others within its line current. hope this helps
