I need to do mine from scratch.everything was taken off..injector rebuild.. head refurbished..where do i go to..find more info..i cant see any markings on the injector pump cog to line it up..heads on torqued up..

the 1hz tensioners changed on the later motors. i did my 2003 1hz and it was hydrolic

Hey mate, do you know if you can replace the turbo coolant line off the upper outlet without removing the timing belt etc?

From memory no as it clamps to the water pump bolt which is behind the timing belt/backing plate.

Hey mate good video....i am replacing my viscous hub on my hdj105. Is the fan shroud just unboltes from the top?

Yep just two bolts at the top. Drop the fan into the shroud and remove. Top hose on rad generally needs removing too but sometimes you can get around it. You'll loose about a litre of coolant.
