Silicone seals are the one thing that the dive community seems to agree on, they're all pretty universal, so anywhere that sells Waterproof, Si-Tech or any other brand of Silicone seals should fit you fine.

Yes, very much. I find that silicone is much more gentle against my neck, it's more flexible and you can change seals in minutes, not days.
