Hi Codie Sanchez! I love your videos because you make starting your own business look easy! For me though, the risk involved, would be like jumping off of a tall building! I also haven't met a financial guru out there, who didn't make their money on KZbin with 1M subs. Maybe you could teach me that! I wish influencers would just be honest how they made their money, or how they got their start, instead of trying to sell us something all the time! 😎🏆

I would not want to be with a person who constantly negotiates with me when I expect 100% delivery from them. Nor is it always possible. But for those who have difficulty getting a raise, promotion, better job, free training or anything extra - make sure you don't drive your closest people away, negotiate with strangers.

Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.

A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient

Don't do that people. Sure I can see how the exercise will come in handy if you're negotiating a big deal, but don't do it to the small family person who is trying to feed their family.

I like this a lot, in addition to that if you want to simplify your financial life keep debt to a minimum. Cut expenses. Develop healthy habits like consistently saving money at regular intervals for investments to help you build wealth. If you work on this, your financial potential will grow exponentially. There are numerous opportunities to make money on the financial market. With the assistance of my financial advisor Dianne Sarah Olson, I was able to earn my first million dollars through passive investment in a variety of assets and right now my friend is on his way to a million too with her help. Goodluck!

Yes, I am going to buy your book and pass it on to the grandkids. Negotiate everything but only sometimes when I could make it a win-win situation. Had a complex project and I hired a well-known company to do some serious work for me, and I did not want to insult them by negotiating with them. All of them exceeded my expectations. Did not want to take a chance of that company doing less than expected.

Thank you for this! I needed this to get back on track, like a book to spark the idea you mentioned. It can just be a little difficult when as you mentioned everyone around is happy with mediocre. And when you explain your plan they look at you like you trying to do something special and say things and I quote “you aint nothing special” it’s difficult having big dreams around such small minds, because then they try to limit you, in ways like; Working late, shorting hours, ect. I’m doing my best! And thank you for your content 👌🏼

One thing these millionaires have taught me is to diversify your investments and always put your money to work. I intend to turn a profit this year when I invest roughly $250k of my savings in equities.
@JosephAlecW

You're correct. Diversifying investments is, in my opinion, the ideal strategy because it can lessen the impact of a market meltdown by distributing funds throughout other asset classes, such as bonds, real estate, and foreign stocks.

I don't have the time to carefully evaluate my investments and research particular stocks because of my hectic work schedule. I have therefore hired a financiiaI advisr to actively manage my portfolio for the last seven years in order to adjust to the state of the market. I've been able to successfully traverse the financial environment by using this method to make well-informed judgements about when to buy and sell. Maybe you ought to think about taking a similar strategy.

In my opinion, making a smart investment is not only a technique for earning passive income, but also a profitable way of saving for future expenses. People who fail to make the proper judgments early in life often come to regret it later in life. Nonetheless, investing alone can be difficult and risky. As a result, I recommend obtaining an expert’s assistance. The challenge is not just watching videos and reading investing books; it is about implementing information effectively.

I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I opt to entrust the day-to-day decision-making to an investing coach. With their specialized knowledge and extensive research, it is highly unlikely for them to underperform. I have been collaborating with an investment coach for more than two years

Notes I made from this very helpful video (thanks Codie 💌): Everything that you want is on the other side of fear. The greatest muscle you can build is urgency. Your bank account is a direct reflection of how fast you move. Do first the thing you want to do the least. That thing that you haven't been doing is the thing getting in the way of everything you want out of life. The goal is that you have one thing on your list each day, and you accomplish that one thing so that everything else in your day either gets easier, or irrelevant. You were given this work of art, this piece of clay to mould. And you have one shot on earth, theoretically. So what would it be like to wring every bit of capability out of you that humanly could exist? What would it be like to be the fittest you can humanly be, to be the richest you can humanly be, to be the best best human, to give back more than anybody else. Choose your hard. It is hard to be in a weak position; it is hard to be in a strong position.

@@noneofyourbusiness3572 you don't even got to do that. I'm from South Bend, IN (where notre dame is). Not a small itty bitty town but not a big city, chicago is like an hour or so away so theres a good mix of wealth and low income. But I was so jaded with familiarity when I lived there that I couldnt escape the company I kept when I lived there so all my habits stayed the same. I ended up in another town about the same size to Topeka, KS and yeah it had the same kind of mix of people but it forced me to see different, to see more. It forced me to meet different people and not have this disposition to stay the same. Im not the same. Ive lived in a few states and I am by no means rich. Struggled, been at rock bottom, ate at the community center, ect. But when I stopped being the same and started being the type of person in my character that I used to want to be like I started putting in work. Im not some business guru nor am I some rich snob eating caviar with my pinky up. Im a blue collar person who went from living in my car in my hometown to owning a house in a good neighborhood 3 states away with people who only know this version of me. I havent got the businesss Im working on off the ground yet but I will. Just changing the area is enough to be honest. The US and Canada are huge countries. Anyone can just simply move to a different area. I moved around a lot with nothing until one road trip I was on my way to Arizona (picked at random) and my car that I was living in broke down in Kansas. A little over 2 years later Im sitting in the house I own typing this comment about to get ready for work.
