I had a microsoft rewards account last year and everything was working fine, but after i collected points worth of $50 they told me that it’s not available after i tried to purchase, like why didn’t they say this from the beginning 😂. By the way, great video and it’s helpful, thanks. Plus microsoft sucks, they terminated my xbox account where i have lots of games and DLCs purchased.

Once i started the process, they transferred my account to the new domain (outlook) and terminated my original account (live). But i can’t access it because they’re sending the verification code to the old terminated account. It’s a messed up mistake by them, i contacted the customer support many times but they’re refusing to let me access my account. L Microsoft.

What games specifically? Because some games (cross platform games) have their own gamer tags in game and can be different than your Xbox gamer tag
