Thank you for showing this process! I just got my new PM agenda in the mail today and am excited to use it but the rings are definitely what I expected haha. I’m glad it’s fairly easy to change them out if I decide to do so. 😄😄

no problem! let me know if you have any questions! It wasn't extra but it did take about 2.5 weeks to receive and it was definitely nerve wrecking waiting for the delivery (1 day shipping once the item is produced). Another option you have is to call Client Services and see if any locations in the country have the agenda you're looking for and they can ship it to the nearest LV to you over night. hope that helps

Hi there! I really want to switch out mine but I just want to know if you could please share if you had to pay any additional importing duties for the rings since they come from Belgium? I am in Canada and it shows the rings being 27 euros plus 31 euros of shipping. Which is expensive but I would be fine with it i just don't want to be surprised by an extra 100 in duties or something like that haha

Hi Stephanie! That's so exciting you got your larger rings, you won't regret it! let me know if you have any questions about installing them. But as far as the custom order, when I was looking to purchase my PM they were out of stock completely for the country. So I requested that they manufacture one for me. I wasn't able to make any alterations to the design, but I was able to request the manufacturing. It took about 2 weeks and then was mailed over night to my home. You can also opt to have it mailed overnight to your nearest LV store if you won't be home to sign for it. I hope that cleared that up for you :) stay safe
