i’m a little late but honestly if the bearings are glued to the wheels, they’re probably pretty bad wheels and you’d benefit from a better set

If its "glued in" use wd-40 (if you wont use the bearings later) also dont push the wheels in the truck too far or the technique wont work

The spacers spread the sideways load over both bearing rather than just one. My board came without spacers. I just ordered some because I feel the bearings are more likely to blow out without them.

It's not a bolt, it's a nut. The bolt is what you took it off.

not to get technical but what he took it off of is called a post. dont think there are any bolts on a skateboard, just screws and nuts
