Regularly updating your password every 90 days enhances the security of your account. Follow the steps below to change your password, whether you're logged in or not.
If Logged In
On the Dashboard, click “Settings & Others” on the left sidebar menu.
Click “Edit Profile.”
Scroll down to the “Change Password” section and click the “Pen Icon.”
Enter your current password, then enter the new password you want to set.
Click “Save and Update” to finalize the process.
If Not Logged In
On VirtualStaff’s homepage, click the “Log In” button at the top right.
On the Log In page, click “Forgot Password.”
Enter the email associated with your VirtualStaff account, then click “Reset Password.”
Check your email for the Reset Password email. Click the “Reset My Password” button in the email.
You will be redirected to the Reset Password page. Enter your new password and finalize the process.
By following these steps, you can easily change your password and keep your account secure.
