I started doing pilates twice a week last January. It's made so much difference with flexibility, agility, and general stamina. It also makes you focus on breathing through your nose and is non impact so not overworking your joints mid-week so certainly recommend it.

#CardioMonster stays in shape but im in survival mode here until i leave so, until my situation gets normal again im in "save-energy mode" and just training without reach muscle fatigue or failure (you dont know when some mfkr comes around looking for a fight so i stay ready for anything)

@@KenYas-b4q It depends on your honest skill level and what your aiming for, like if your ass at the game its gonna take a long time especially sense you out of your prime but if your good and are willing to spend the time to improve that's different. Why else do ages 18-21 join special forces and not someone who is 30? Because they are in their physical and mental prime.

It’s never too late, but to be honest unless you play at a very high amateur level and are clearly too good for that, there aren’t many clubs that would take a punt and give a 30+ year old amateur player a chance. I’m not trying to hate, just to manage expectations. Is it impossible? No, nothing is, but I’m afraid it’s something I would say is rather unlikely to happen. I know a few guys that are 30+ and have played professionally already, and even for them, finding a team to sign for isn’t easy due to their age. /Jay

Do not tape your mouth shut whilst you sleep it can be very dangerous as sometimes when you sleep your body needs to get a gasp for air or release air quickly and taping your mouth will prevent your body from being able to do so.
