Twins always has one counter rotating.

Looked like you went clockwise (right) but said counter clockwise ? You have a rh prop so you would turn your shaft clockwise correct?

when re-inserting the gearbox-drive shaft, how do you ensure the shift rod engages properly up in the leg? Thanx.

I think it gives a little more stern lift. I’ve heard spinning outward gives you a little more control at the dock but I haven’t noticed any problems since switching them to turn inward.
