Thank you for the video. Wondering what to do when those ink cartridges and waste tank are not showing in the software as been replaced with new cartridges and new waste tank. On the screen everything looks fine but ink levels are 0 - what to do in that case? Thanks

My waste is only at 12% and my ink is at 59% but the black is not printing dark. I have had it about 2 months and i only turned it off 1 time. Does the waste make you lose color when printing?

@@fendibondie2545 yes because every time you doing a head nozzle cleaning it required ink and also it can clog your printer if you don’t use it.. do maintenance eve week or print something

Can I turn it off when not In uses? Is this why I’m not even getting 50 prints? One of my cartridges are running out.

Yes you can but still.. anytime you don’t print the printer automatic do a head cleaning before printing so th waste unit will always in use

@@alens561 thank you for the quick response 😊 I havent opened my business yet, and have kept the unit on 24/7 and only printer at most 20 prints, and the yellow is alerting almost empty. I love that it cleans, but to consume a lot of ink is just crazy to me. I wish sawgrass would make refillable cartridges, or lower their prices.

I just bought an Epson to convert. I told my husband I wanted a sublimation printer but was doing research, a little over a year ago. He ends up buying me the sawgrass 500. I barely use it as I don't get a ton of sublimation orders. I am over the high priced inks and the same as you all, not many prints when I just bought new ink cartridges. Fed up and hopefully the Epson works better for me. Going to finish out what ink I have in my sawgrass and then try to sell it. More of a headache than it needs to be.

The more i learn about my Sawgrass printer the more i come to realize what a crappy brand it is. the printer could be good but Sawgrass has a thing for screwing over it's costumers
