I need to know how to connect charger to the Kanso 2 sound Processor (step by step)

Hello, when it’s fully charged you say it shows steady green does this mean it just stays green without blinking slowly? thank you

Hello Saro, You are correct. Once the processor is fully charged and still in the charger, the light on it will stop blinking green and will instead be solid green. Please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-483-3123, you can send an email to customer@cochlear.com, or Live Chat on our online store, 8am to 5pm MT. Contacting us by phone we are available Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm MT.

The sadness that Cochlear Kanso 2 using a custom socket instead of USB-C. Standard sockets make charging easier. Any powerbank can be used. Please add new feature in Kanso 3 - reverse wireless charging (from smartphone).

@@CochlearAmericas thank you. One more thing. It would be nice to add feature to change the program in next Kanso generation without smartphone or remote control. I value minimalism, I don't always have a smartphone or a remote control.

Charging from the home charger is finicky for me and doesn’t properly charge without just turning the device back on. Definitely would like to see an more common connection for charging as it’s just too difficult to rely on.

You guys need to implement the disposable batteries with the next generation… the portable charger keeps shutting my processor off multiple times when trying to connect it. Just a royal pain in the ass plus I’m not hearing back from you guys. Best processor I’ve ever had with the exception of this only being able to be charged this way.

@@CochlearAmericas I got an answer finally yesterday and it’s currently being addressed. The only thing I can say is that it is obvious that non-cochlear implant users are the ones who engineered this processor. A rechargeable battery that only lasts 12 hours max with no disposable battery options or even any other options to charge besides this bulky charger. It’s not embarrassing to wear the charger in public because I need to do it but on the other hand, you feel everyone’s eyes diverting towards the charger and I’ll even get asked what tunes I’m listening to on my “MP3 player”. It is very bulky and the corded portion coming from behind your head is not a good look aesthetically. It gets in the way of doing things at work as I am required to wear a hard hat everyday and it has to sit just right to prevent the hard hat from knocking my hooked up processor off. I can’t even go anywhere without electricity due to worrying about how long my processor battery is going to last such as going on a camping trip out in the woods for the weekend because I wouldn’t have the option to charge both processor and charger. I even go without wearing my processor at home sitting in its charger base before I go out to the bars or something to ensure I don’t run out of battery and having to put my portable charger on in front of other people. Like I mentioned in the previous comment, this is the best processor I’ve ever had in terms of aesthetics, sound, quality, etc but the battery/charging options are god-awful. Thank you for reading the comments and I sincerely hope that my comment gets forwarded to the development team because I do feel this would resonate with many other Kanso 2 users.
