Look for bike fork bags and it'll strap around where the seat nose is and the other strap would go around where the charging port is. Its easy to fit the charger in that spot and not have it take up any space in your backpack

I saw in a comment on an older video you bought a second battery and were going to combine it with the original to extend your range. Did you do that yet? Would love to see that video or an update since I plan on doing the same thing.

I'm still trying to work through a problem. The battery is so close to fitting in the frame. Trying to find a solution to make it fit in there for the bottom battery. Talking to my welder friend. And I had to return the battery blender coupling parts because they sent me the wrong voltage....

Thanks for posting this! I also got a similar cable converter to use a level 2 but was worried that even though the original charger says it supports both, 110 and 220, that it was only going to work with 110v. On mine I also installed a second battery for double the range and I love it!

@@fmpwizard did you use a BATTERY BLENDER for the second battery? I have parts ordered for this next upgrade video?
@fmpwizard3 ай бұрын
@@drivermojo6031 I made my own. I ordered a few male and female connectors like the ones that the original battery use (for extra in case I messed up). Then I wired two male connectors in parallel and a female also in parallel. I look forward to your video! For mounting, I stacked up the second battery right on top of the original, separated by two narrow wooden blocks and both wrapped with two " 1 inch wide Endless ratchet straps" that fit right through the slots where the original battery cover locks in place. And I cover the whole thing with a waterproof shiny black tarp. A real hack but it's been running nicely for about 2000 miles so far.

@@fmpwizard that's awesome! I am having some space issues with the second battery which is slight larger, so I want it on the bottom but the frame needs to be 1/4 wider....looking into options to heat/ bend or bottle jack apart....Im consulting my machine shop guy ...

so i have the m1p pro which is basically the same bike but its 60v 4000w. looking to get the same adapter do you think it will still work?
@drivermojo60312 ай бұрын
@@freezeknuckles my wife has the 60v version. We have charged both same time with this and a simple 3 way adapter. Her charger has the switch 110/220. Be sure to put into 220 mode and you are golden 😁

I like your idea, but you have too many gaps in your demo and explanation. 1. Can you use 220VAC directly to the bike and/or the charger? What connector config is required to do so?

its not an MP1 its an M1PS,,, pretty sure ownership of this bike is questionable or you would know this.
