Just bought an Aquheat and it shows a production date of March 2022 and out the box the battery is as flat as a pancake. I have it on charge now but should i be concerned that it clearly has not been charged monthly (or at all) since March of this year. It is November now so is has potentially been sitting flat for 7-8 months.

If the battery is flat how do you turn it on to charge? Ive had mine in storage for 3 months after using it and it now won't turn on to charge.

Hi Anton, that's a great question-- once you connect the AquaHeat to a power source, you can then turn it on to start charging its battery. Let us know how you go.

How do you discharge the battery? I've not used mine for a while, the battery was full when stored, but it needs to work a little bit to stay healthy. If not camping, how does one discharge it without burning gas? Is it OK to run the ignition system while discharge is underway?
