Hello, My name is Parsa and I'm a high school student from Iran, planning to apply next year. I'm facing a unique situation and wanted to have your opinion and guidance on it. Duo to the regulations in my country I will need to enroll in a local university to get an exemption from military service, otherwise I wont be able to exit the country. However, there is an option for me to cancel the final exams for each semester and avoid earning any credits. I intend to apply as a first-year applicant and not as a transfer. I'm really concerned about my eligibility to apply and I want to know how that can affect my application and whether or not I should disclose it when applying.
