Hello, I've got question that want to ask you and if you know the answer please help me. It will be much appreciated! I had 3years of working visa from Feb 2014, and I left Abu Dhabi Oct 2014 without noticing anyone. So I guess I am ban to enter UAE, is that for forever?! It's been 8 years now, I don't know what's going on. And the most important question is I will be travelling to France this year, maybe thinking to take Etihad Airline and transferring from Abu Dhabi, and need to wait at the airport for 3hours, will that be a no problem?! First of all we have to check your visa status now it's 8 years back if you are going to France via any GCC Airport you will not be held by authorities unless you did a criminal offence in the country at past otherwise no issue.

Simply if you paid all your fine and exit on outpass no issue but if you was over stayed having absconding and didn't pay fine and exited on outpass then there could be issue.

You can check only criminal Status on financial cases in addition travel ban but absconding you cannot check by Emirates ID online. You can check your file status, either you have violation or you have immigration absconding temporary file closed.

@@smart1971 My question is if file is showing temporary closed and person had already left the country how it is possible for him to come back in uae ?

@@ejjiarif2903 there are cases 1. if the person left under amnesty or left the country without paying fine at airport, first case, is he may come back but file has to clear from immigration which is temporary closed, 2. second case, he is ban entering in uae.

@@smart1971 The residence visa is expired, i signed for work permit cancelation but i didnt exit the country bcos of travel ban for rent case and i have fines. Now the new company applied for new visa but when i wanted to apply for fine reduction found out i have imigration absconding from previous employer. The employer doesnt want to give noc. How can i remove absconding?
