Sir came to Dubai in 2011 on a private car driver's visa. I worked for another company for two years because my sponsor did not have a driving job. Check your visa status if the system shows of 2011, or apply tourist visa 1 month because in 2011 there was no life ban over absconding, or you should have a representative in UAE to check for you in Immigration.

I got cancellation paper from my company. In 28 days i not get job so i overstay 10 days. Now i get a job and when my new comapny put my visa in immigration then they told me that my old company open absconding case on me. Even my passport is with my old company and they told me they send my passport to immigration. I was on visit visa and due to delay of my employment visa the travel agent put me an absconding case due to overstay, I paid 3000aed for that absconding case and 1350 aed from the processing fee of removing the case, and the overstay fine was paid by my employer however what j want to know is the amount of 3000aed I paid to the agency of bank guarantee, is it refunded back to them , as I have been told by many that it's refunded but the agency is ignoring me , please help ,is there any way I can know whether that amount is refunded to them or not?

Don't be confused, for Labour Absconding he has to apply by tasheel centre with evidences and they will connect with sponsor but for immigration absconding contact to your sponsor.
