Again, just like your videos on saturation and mixing for loudness you have produced the best video on the topic on KZbin. There are so many guys with thousands of subs that are over confident, and just use their videos to show all the plugins they have and their over complicated mix buss chains but they don't actually show you anything useful. What plugin did u put on the master bus to make mono? Is it in Cubase?

What plugin do you use to make mono? Is the phase flip tool a part of Cubase? It would help not to skip over these important details.

There are dozens of plugins that can make things mono, and even more that have a phase flip. It doesn’t particularly matter which one you use, they all do the job just fine. Waves S1, for example, can make things mono and flip phase. So can Fabfilter ProQ2/3. Cubase/Nuendo do have phase reverse on every channel, and also they have it as an offline process.

In practice, I just use the Mono button on my monitor controller so I can listen in mono. No plugin needed.
