Sir intimation order me chapter VI-A me by taxpayer mein 0 hai aur as computed U/s 143(1) me 42475 hai...new tax regime me fill Kiya tha, baki sabhi calculation matched hai ...isme provided by taxpayer me 0 kyun hai ?? Jabki Total income exactly match ho rahi hai aur no payment due bhi likha hai .

Maine new tax regime mai itr file kari hai but mere ko kuch deduction leni hai toh kiya mai old tax regime mai revised return file kar skti hu kiya? Please answer

@@vpstca but sirf usme ek line likhi aa rhi Note-For Opting out, option should be exercised along with the return of income filed u/s 139(1) Jab u/s 139(1) return file kiya tha toh new regime mai kara tha Toh ab 139(5) ke under old regime ke under tax bharenge toh kuch dikkat nhi hogi na?.
